Kim Young-jun

Kim Young-jun (Class of 2014), an alumnus of the Department of Business Administration at Incheon National University, was appointed as a professor in the Division of Social Sciences, College of Future Convergence and Social Sciences, at Hansung University in August 2025.

Dr. Kim’s primary research field is efficiency and productivity evaluation, with a focus on conducting quantitative studies on corporate performance across various topics such as innovation and management.

Dr. Kim stated, “This appointment marks the first milestone and home base in my journey that began at the Department of Business Administration at Incheon National University. Although I still have much to learn, I aim to contribute to society by conducting excellent research that supports sustainable corporate growth and enhances competitiveness.” He added, “I am also expanding my academic perspective and collaborative research opportunities through ongoing exchanges with professors from the Department of Business Administration at Incheon National University. Moving forward, I plan to further deepen and broaden my research based on these collaborative relationships.”
